• Develop new recruitment sources and manage quality candidate pools by organizing and participating in prospecting and visibility activities with targeted organizations
• Solicit and attract passive candidates to fill current positions
• Promote careers within Desjardins and support employee development by providing information, advice and feedback during the recruitment process
• Participate in development projects related to the evolution of talent acquisition practices
• Ensure compliance with privacy and information security policies and guidelines
