Job summary

Kabam is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to drive full-cycle recruitment for roles across seniority levels. Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent, you will develop job postings, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and support pre-boarding and ATS maintenance.

This temporary, full-time on-site role at our Downtown Vancouver studio runs through December 23, 2026. You’ll partner with hiring managers, build a strong talent pipeline, and contribute to

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in HR or related field.
• 1+ year of Talent Acquisition or People coordination experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience liaising with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using an ATS (Lever preferred).
• Team player with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Owns full-cycle recruitment for various roles.
• Develops job postings and sources candidates.
• Screens candidates and coordinates interviews.
• Manages offers and onboarding support.
• Maintains and updates the ATS and recruitment data.
• Collaborates on People Team projects and employer branding.
