Kabam in Vancouver is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across seniorities. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Downtown Vancouver studio with an end date of Dec 23, 2026.

You will partner with hiring managers, post postings, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers and pre-boarding, while contributing to TA projects and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in HR or related field.
• 1+ year of Talent Acquisition or People coordination and candidate management experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment is preferred with understanding of recruiting metrics.
• Experience liaising with multiple stakeholder groups (People Team, hiring managers, interviewers, candidates).
• Experience working with an ATS, preferably Lever.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across seniority.
• Develop and post job postings, ensuring approvals and compliance.
• Source and screen candidates; present shortlists to the hiring team.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews; support selection and offers.
• Organize and update ATS to track candidates through funnel.
• Support TA projects and employer branding initiatives.
