Concert Properties Ltd. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding across the organization. This 18–24 month contract role reports to the Director, People Experience and offers hybrid work from our Vancouver office.
You will partner with leaders to attract top talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The role may also support broader HR administration as needed.

The People Experience team at Concert is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment and facilitate onboarding across the organization. In this role, you’ll partner with leaders to attract and hire great talent, delivering on a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Because recruitment needs fluctuate throughout the year, this role will also provide opportunities to support broader HR administration as needed, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and is eager to support where needed to deliver exceptional employee experience.
This is an 18–24-month, full-time contract position reporting to the Director, People Experience or their delegate.

This role is based out of our Vancouver office and is eligible for hybrid work, with the expectation that in-person participation is maintained flexibly to meet business requirements.
