Fluency in French and English, 2–3 years of high-volume recruitment experience, and experience with Google Workspace and Workday are highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is preferred.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: Manage job postings, resume screening, interviews, coordination of pre-employment steps (medical examinations, dexterity/technical tests), and onboarding of new employees.
• Sourcing & Attraction: Conduct sourcing activities to attract top talent, stay informed about the aerospace market, and represent the company at recruitment and HR marketing events.
• Compliance & Collaboration: Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, prepare and present job offers, and collaborate with stakeholders on various recruitment initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the optimization of recruitment processes and support strategic projects within the Talent Acquisition team.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree, certificate or college diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of full-cycle, high-volume recruitment experience, ideally gained in the aerospace industry or industrial sector.
• Interpersonal Skills & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with managers, candidates and training partners, combined with the ability to positively influence stakeholders.
• Priority Management: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
• Languages: Excellent communication skills. Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is essential due to interactions with global entities and international candidates.
• Technology: Comfortable using computer tools and the Google Workspace suite; knowledge of Workday is considered an asset.
