Job summary

AAA Canada is seeking an Evening Production Coordinator to support aerospace projects in Saint-Laurent. You will manage delays, coordinate parts, and liaise with production cells and suppliers to keep schedules.

The role requires a DEC or related experience, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and fluency in English and French. Join a team focused on continuous improvement and efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • DEC in a related field or 2 years manufacturing/warehouse experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Assess delivery delays and set action plans.
  • Track parts and kits to hit deadlines.
  • Participate in problem-solving sessions.
  • Enter project and part delivery data.
  • Track parts and generate manual orders.
  • Monitor multiple projects to meet schedules.
  • Report issues affecting plan achievement.
  • Coordinate with downstream cells, suppliers, and support services.
  • Hold alignment meetings with module lead hands.
  • Clean system operations (close work orders, etc.).
  • Attend various meetings (DMS, tracking, improvement).
  • Process non-conformances (NCR, RTV, OSP).

Main Responsibilities

  • Determine the consequences of delivery delays and identify action plans.
  • Track parts and component kits to ensure all manufactured parts are delivered within prescribed deadlines.
  • Participate in problem-solving.
  • Perform data entry regarding project information and part delivery.
  • Track parts and generate manual orders.
  • Monitor the flow of multiple projects to achieve schedules and requirements.
  • Report and identify critical issues affecting plan achievement.
  • Liaise with downstream production cells, suppliers, and support services to monitor activity status.
  • Alignment meeting with module lead hands.
  • Perform operations to clean the system (closing work orders, tracking inactive parts, etc.).
  • Participate in various meetings (DMS, production tracking, improvement clinic, etc.).
  • Process non-conformances (NCR, RTV, and OSP).
  • Late lab order.
  • Tracking of KPIs and action plan.

Profile Sought

  • Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in a related field or 2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook software.
  • Comfortable in English and French.
