Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Table Games Dealer to welcome guests at the table, deal cards according to Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) Terms and Conditions, and provide exceptional customer service.

The role requires maintaining game integrity, monitoring chips/cash, and collaborating with team members and the community. Ideal candidates will have AGLC licensing, ability to pass a background check, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school education or suitable combination of education and experience.
• Current AGLC registration gaming license or ability to become registered.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• AGLC AML Certification and Deal us in Phase 1/2 certifications are assets.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and deals cards per AGLC Terms and Conditions.
• Responds to guest issues and escalates as required.
• Monitors chips and cash and ensures game integrity.
• Observes problematic guest behaviors and reports to Supervisor as required.
• Works as a great team player and delivers outstanding guest service.
