  • Responsible for technology lifecycle planning and execution, identifying opportunities to consolidate work, reduce cost and disruption, and support future needs.
  • Lead accountability for delivering technology solutions on time, on budget, and with measurable value to operations and guests.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define deployment standards, system readiness criteria, and field success metrics, including product, engineering, restaurant operations, training and vendor partners, to ensure seamless technology rollouts.
Deployment Execution
  • Oversee the planning, piloting, and full deployment of new restaurant technologies across the Tim Hortons network.
  • Standardize deployment processes through scalable methodologies, playbooks, and best practices to ensure consistent execution.
  • Drive rigorous performance monitoring, risk assessment, and issue resolution during project implementation.
