  • Support administration and optimization of TA technology platforms, including ATS and CRM tools, workflows, permissions, configurations, and issue resolution.
  • Analyze recruiting data and operational metrics—including time to fill, funnel conversion, source effectiveness, and system adoption—to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with recruiters, HR, HR Technology, Legal, Technology, and other internal teams to implement process updates and resolve operational issues.
  • Coordinate and support TA technology enhancements, integrations, vendor releases, testing, and rollout activities.
  • Create and maintain clear process documentation, standard operating procedures, job aids, and governance materials.
  • Develop and deliver training and communications for recruiters, hiring managers, and other system users.
  • Support change‑management activities for new tools, workflows, and process improvements, gathering feedback and helping drive adoption.
  • Manage vendor relationships for assigned tools and services, including issue escalation, regular check‑ins, and tracking deliverables.
What You’ll Bring

  • Hands‑on experience administering, supporting, or optimizing an Applicant Tracking System, CRM, or related HR technology platform.
  • Working knowledge of recruiting workflows, data fields, reporting, integrations, and user access management.
  • Experience creating and interpreting recruitment reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with automation and AI‑enabled recruiting tools that improve sourcing, screening, scheduling, or candidate engagement.
Operational & Analytical Thinking
  • A process‑improvement mindset and ability to identify operational gaps, assess root causes, and implement practical solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
  • Comfort using data and feedback to make recommendations and measure the impact of changes.
  • Ability to balance global standards with local business needs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Ability to build productive relationships with recruiters, frontline managers, HR partners, technology teams, and vendors.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain processes and systems to varied audiences.
  • Experience developing training materials, facilitating user training, or providing system support.
Project & Change Leadership
  • Experience coordinating projects, process rollouts, system enhancements, or technology implementations.
  • Ability to organize project plans, track actions and risks, coordinate testing, and support successful adoption.
  • Experience maintaining documentation and supporting compliance with established processes and data standards.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Operations, HRIS, HR Technology, or a related operational role.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting recruiting processes, systems, or technology‑enabled improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to work on‑site five days per week.
