Job summary

This includes performing routine monitoring, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC equipment. This role ensures compliance with Public Health, as well as Occupational Health and Safety standards, maintains optimal system performance through preventative and corrective maintenance, and contributes to energy efficiency initiatives.Responsibilities:• Perform operation and maintenance of equipment including heat exchangers, HVAC systems, electrical components, and hot water systems, while also identifying opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.• Monitor, adjust, and maintain hot water heaters, pumps, valves, piping, filters, and other mechanical and electrical equipment; record system readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation.• Conduct routine testing of pool water, steam boiler water, and cooling tower water.
