Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT or CS or equivalent.
• Professional certifications as appropriate.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform patch management and ensure proper testing and documentation.
• Administer identity and access management, including AD/Entra ID and RBAC.
• Design and develop automation using PowerShell, APIs, SQL and workflows.
• Coordinate provisioning, onboarding/offboarding and system integrations.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure and Google Workspace services.
• Coordinate enterprise system integrations across apps and HR/ SIS platforms.
• Monitor performance and ensure secure access and uptime.
• Maintain multi-user systems and collaborate with network, software, and IT leadership.
• Oversee endpoint and mobile device management across platforms.
• Train staff, ensure policy compliance and maintain documentation.
• Manage firewalls, security policies and upgrades; monitor security events.
• Develop infrastructure standards, diagrams and operational materials.
• Assist day-to-day operations and coordinate system enhancements.
• Configure authentication/authorization and backup/recovery; coordinate virus protection.
• Advise on hardware/software purchases and test new releases.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to meet organizational needs.
