Alteo is looking for a Systems Administrator for a permanent position based in Laval.

*** Hybrid work: 3 days office / 2 days home (after probation) ***

You will be responsible for maintaining systems and services, and providing technical support to users. You will supervise a junior IT technician.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the installation, configuration, maintenance and security of computer systems (Windows, networks, servers, etc.).
2. Implementing best practices in cybersecurity and managing access and updates.
3. Ensuring the proper functioning of workstations, networks, servers and collaborative tools.
4. Identify and implement solutions to automate and optimize systems and support management.
5. Manage level 2 user support, resolve incidents and optimize troubleshooting processes.
6. Support a junior IT technician.

Profile:

• AEC/DEC in IT or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant IT experience
• 3+ years of system administration experience (Windows)

Vous serez responsable de la maintenance des systèmes et des services, et du support technique aux utilisateurs. Vous superviserez un technicien informatique junior.

Responsabilités :

1. Assurer l'installation, la configuration, la maintenance et la sécurité des systèmes informatiques (Windows, réseaux, serveurs, etc.).
2. Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques en matière de cybersécurité et gérer les accès et les mises à jour.
3. Assurer le bon fonctionnement des postes de travail, des réseaux, des serveurs et des outils collaboratifs.
4. Identifier et mettre en œuvre des solutions pour automatiser et optimiser les systèmes et la gestion du support.
5. Gérer le support utilisateur de niveau 2, résoudre les incidents et optimiser les processus de dépannage.
6. Assurer le support d'un technicien informatique junior.

Profil :

• DEC en informatique ou équivalent
• Plus de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en informatique
• Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en administration de systèmes (Windows)
• Expertise en support technique et en gestion d'infrastructures informatiques
• Expérience avec les outils de virtualisation et de gestion de configuration (atout)
• Bonnes aptitudes en communication et en résolution de problèmes
• Proactif, motivé, désireux d'apprendre
