Job Description

The GRC Systems Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with the overall administrative management of the Archer eGRC platform. This includes support and maintenance of eGRC system environments across multiple instances (development, test, production). Additional front-end development support and third-party system integration will also be required as modules are configured, deployed, or new solutions are created.

Responsibilities

1. Administer and maintain the Archer platform, ensuring performance and reliability.
2. Support users by troubleshooting issues related to Archer use cases.
3. Provide support for interfaces and maintain data feeds.
4. Perform system deployments following change management policies.
5. Manage configuration and user access control.
6. Overall system management for the eGRC system.
7. Assist in designing and developing management reports and dashboards.
8. Support system governance and application customization.
9. Collaborate to migrate manual processes into the eGRC system.
10. Develop end-user training and materials.
11. Provide routine reports and participate in after-hours support rotation.

Qualifications and Knowledge

• Advanced knowledge of business processes and security methodologies.
• Experience with Archer GRC environment: administration, reporting, workflows, dashboards.
• Strong understanding of CMDB systems and security frameworks (ISO 27000, NIST, FFIEC).
• Proficiency in administration, training, reporting, and compliance tasks.
• Preferred: API integration, MS SQL, IIS, data visualization tools.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Computer Science preferred.
• 2-3 years experience with Archer GRC; 3-5 years in IT preferred.
