Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. in Montreal, Canada is seeking a seasoned IT program and project management expert to oversee configuration governance, project delivery and continuous improvement across Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Microsoft 365 and Azure DevOps platforms.

The ideal candidate holds an undergraduate degree in IT or related field, 10+ years in IT, 5+ years as a system driver, and relevant certifications. Strong analytical, autonomous and collaborative skills expected; Agile/Hybrid and DevOps

Job description

Here’s a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you’ll have :

• Ensure documentation, validation, quality control and continuous improvement of configurations, operating procedures and operational practices;
• Plan, track and control projects ensuring that deadlines, milestones, dependencies and progress are met;
• Administer and support the use of Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Microsoft 365 and Azure DevOps solutions or comparable environments;
• Analyze issues related to the configuration, configuration or use of the system and make appropriate recommendations;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of processes, configurations, and governance practices.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:

• Hold an undergraduate degree in information technology, business administration, management or a related field;
• Have at least ten (10) years of experience in the field of information technology;
• Have at least five (5) years of experience as a system driver within the last ten (10) years;
• Hold a DevOps, Dynamics and Microsoft 365 super user certification;
• Master the concepts related to portfolio, program and project management, as well as the associated governance mechanisms;
• Experience in strategy and data exploitation in complex organizational environments involving multiple administrative units or organizations;
• Demonstrate significant experience in complex organizational environments;
• Have at least one (1) year of experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations solution;
• Know business rules, repositories, application settings, configurations, functional validations, environments, and ????????? release us;
• Proficient in Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Microsoft 365 and Azure DevOps technologies and platforms or comparable environments;
• Understand Agile, hybrid Agile/Waterfall approaches, and DevOps practices;
• Demonstrate excellent analytical, synthesis and popularization skills;
• Be able to identify problems, analyze their impacts and recommend relevant solutions;
• Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, initiative, proactivity and creativity in the fulfillment of one’s responsibilities;
• Demonstrate a strong collaborative spirit and an ability to work with stakeholders from different industries;
• Hold a PMI PMP, PMI-ACP certification or an agility certification (an asset);
• Possess one or more of the Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (an asset);
• Knowledge of the health field (an asset);
• Experience in Agile project management, including Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, DAD, or SAFe, or in hybrid Agile and Waterfall approaches (an asset).
