Job summary

The role requires PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 and PMI-ACP or CSPO/PSPO certifications, Agile and SAFe knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Hold PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSPO and PSPO certifications.
• Have Agile and Scrum certifications or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading organizational transformation programs.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary and multisectoral teams.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, scope, deliverables, timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate functional evolutions and deployments across projects.
• Ensure governance, standards, and stakeholder alignment.
• Produce dashboards and reports for governance bodies.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead change management and deployment of new features; drive training and support.

Job description

Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the project plan, including scope, deliverables, timelines, dependencies and milestones;
• Plan and coordinate the functional evolutions of the PPMS;
• Plan and coordinate PPMIS province-level deployments;
• Define the implementation strategies and deployment plans for the various changes to the SIGPP;
• Ensure coordination of work between business teams, technology teams and suppliers;
• Ensure compliance with the company's methodological framework, governance processes and standards;
• Ensure the mobilization and alignment of the stakeholders involved in the project;
• Facilitate workshops, follow-up meetings, tactical committees and governance committees;
• Act as a central point of coordination between user sectors, DBPTI, VPTI and external partners;
• Promote stakeholder buy-in to the project's orientations and deliverables;
• Identify, analyze and monitor project risks, issues and dependencies;
• Develop and implement appropriate mitigation strategies;
• Quickly escalation issues requiring management or governance decisions;
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions;
• Track progress and budget consumption;
• Produce dashboards, progress reports and presentations for the various governance bodies;
• Measure project performance using management indicators;
• Support decision-making through the production of analyses and recommendations;
• Collaborate on the change management strategy and the deployment of new features;
• Coordinate training, communication and user support activities;
• Ensure the preparation of business units and support teams before each release;
• Ensure a smooth transition to operations;
• Support the continuous improvement of project governance and portfolio management processes

The profile we are looking for is as follows:

• Hold PMP (Project Management Professional) certification;
• Have the CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification;
• Hold the PRINCE2 certification;
• Proof of PMI-ACP (PMI Agile Certified Practitioner) certification;
• Hold the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification;
• Be certified as a Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO);
• Have an Agile certification;
• Hold a Scrum certification;
• Have experience in carrying out organizational transformation programs or projects;
• Ensure the effective coordination of multidisciplinary and multisectoral teams;
• Know how to use Microsoft's project management tools;
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and coordination skills;
• Be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a complex environment;
• Be able to apply the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe);
• Hold the Prosci certification (asset).
