The Drake Hotel in Toronto is seeking a dynamic Sushi Cook to join our culinary team. You will handle a range of raw fish, prepare maki, nigiri, and sashimi, and support the Sushi Chef to meet Drake’s high standards.

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate Sushi Cook. Responsibilities include handling a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients, managing food stock and working with an attention to detail to fulfill all orders within Drake high quality standards. Reporting to the Kitchen Management team, you will be working alongside the Sushi Chef. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with Japanese cuisine and be available to work during our opening hours. The role is committed to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
