Job summary

The Drake Hotel Properties is seeking a kitchen team member to join our culinary program across Drake Devonshire and related properties in Ontario. You will work with a fantastic culinary team, maintaining a clean workspace and efficiently completing tasks, with a commitment to high quality.

Responsibilities include prep with seasonal ingredients, assisting the BOH team, and applying new techniques to grow your skill set.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Positive, team-player with a strong eye for detail.
• Genuine interest in food and a good work ethic.
• Open to constructive criticism, be an adaptable and fast learner, with a willingness to grow within the team.

• Assisting the BOH team with all preparation and organization in the kitchen
• Use existing prep skills, expanding new techniques and building your skill set
