Job summary

Great Canadian Entertainment is seeking a Surveillance Projects Coordinator in Ontario. You will support planning, execution, tracking and reporting for surveillance projects nationally under the Manager, Surveillance Systems & Architect - Ontario.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, preparing budgets, tracking spend, and communicating progress to stakeholders. Strong MS Office and MS Project skills, plus 3–5 years of surveillance/PM experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of surveillance technical experience and a combination of Project Management education and/or experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation.
• Excellent problem solving, time management and prioritization with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Track and coordinate surveillance project activities across all phases and bundles.
• Assist Project Management with planning, budgeting and resource identification.
• Provide accurate data on project progress and spend vs. budget.
• Prepare status reports for Project Management.
• Interface with stakeholders, contractors and regulators as required.
• Facilitate project meetings, communications and status reporting.
• Communicate project information to operations and project team.
• Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders.
