Job summary

CIRO, the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization, invites applications for a Senior Project Manager in Toronto to lead market regulation technology initiatives. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams delivering real-time surveillance solutions across equities, fixed income, derivatives and digital assets.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience leading complex technology initiatives within capital markets or regulatory environments.
• Experience with data-centric tech projects including migration, transformation and integration of large-scale data environments.
• PMI/ PMP certification.
• Post-secondary degree in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large-scale technology projects in CIRO's market regulation tech unit.
• Define scope, goals and deliverables with stakeholders using ePMO processes.
• Plan timelines, manage RAID logs, budgets, and artifacts.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and internal teams nationally.
• Drive discovery activities and ensure alignment across functions.
