Red Deer Resort & Casino is seeking a Casual Surveillance Operator to monitor live video feeds, ensure security and integrity of casino operations, and report irregularities to management. You will work under the Surveillance Manager and Supervisor in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of surveillance experience (casino experience a plus), and an AGLC gaming license or the ability to obtain one. Proficiency with MS Office is expected.

Under the direction of the Surveillance Manager & Surveillance Supervisor, the Surveillance Operator is responsible for, including but not limited to, monitoring surveillance footage to ensure the security and integrity of casino operations, staff members and our guests and patrons. This position ensures compliance with Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis Commission (AGLC) and house regulations. This involves promptly reporting any irregularities or disturbances to your manager or security team for investigation.
