Job summary

Russell Hendrix Foodservice Equipment is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for the Metro Vancouver region (Surrey). You will own your territory, build profitable relationships, and drive growth through new business development and long-term partnerships.

This role rewards autonomy and a high-performance culture, with a focus on relationship-building and meeting sales targets across foodservice equipment needs.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: degree or diploma; 2+ years sales in related industry or hospitality background.
• Strong relationship-building, customer-first mindset; results-driven and autonomous.
• Fluency in Punjabi and English required for the territory.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory by pursuing new customer opportunities and develop partnerships.
• Build loyal customer base and be trusted partner for equipment needs.
• Proactively identify opportunities and follow through to meet sales targets.
• Use internal systems to quote, enter orders, track shipments and support customer experience.
• Collaborate with Operations/Finance to maintain account health and growth.
• Maintain relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.
