Job summary

Sky Systems, Inc. (SkySys) in Montreal, QC is seeking an Application Support Analyst for a 1-year contract with strong renewal potential. You will support enterprise applications, manage incidents, and collaborate with DevOps teams.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of PA experience, SQL skills, Unix/Linux command capability, ServiceNow ITSM experience, and familiarity with Dynatrace and Autosys; Red Hat, WebSphere/Tomcat, MQ/CFT/EFT are assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a PA (Application Support Analyst).
• Experience with SQL SELECT queries.
• Experience as a PA and ability to create simple Unix/Linux commands and queries.
• Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux.
• Experience as a ServiceNow ITSM user.
