Role Overview

The Supply Chain Manager oversees the entire supply chain process, including planning, development, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. Responsibilities include process improvements, inventory control, vendor management, and ensuring efficient operations.

Your Tasks:

1. Manage procurement, production, inventory control, logistics, and distribution processes.
2. Ensure effective operation of each process to prevent delays.
3. Oversee daily stock replenishment and material management, optimizing costs and turnaround times.
4. Coordinate with other departments to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
5. Maintain a cost-effective purchasing process through continuous process monitoring and improvements.
6. Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and lead the procurement team.
7. Review and recommend improvements to systems and practices.
8. Train, mentor, and develop team members across supply chain functions.
9. Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
10. Promote inventory best practices across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-4 years management experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• 7-8 years experience in operations environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with strategic thinking and change agility.
• Leadership skills and ability to work under stress.
• Experience in Aviation and managing unionized employees is preferred.
