We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Manager to join the team. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the overall supply chain strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Specific Duties Include:

1. Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
2. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
3. Determine key supply chain KPIs
4. Suggest solutions for process improvements
5. Optimize warehouse functions
6. Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions promptly
7. Train and mentor employees, including reinforcing safety guidelines; provide constructive feedback
8. Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing teams to select the best vendors and distributors
9. Build and maintain good relationships with vendors

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Supply Chain Manager
• At least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with supply chain management software—ERP
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
