THE TEAM


The mission of the Talent Management Department is to drive effective people decisions to build high-performing teams and maximize business performance.


THE OPPORTUNITY


Aritzia is growing, and our Talent Management team is expanding. This is a unique opportunity to join the team responsible for driving effective people decisions to build high-performing teams and maximize business performance. As the Senior Manager/Manager, Supply Chain Talent Management, you will execute people processes and programs supporting the entire lifecycle of our Supply Chain employees. The skills gained in this role can lead to a rewarding career in Talent Management and growth within Aritzia.


THE ROLE


As the Senior Manager/Manager, Supply Chain Talent Management, your responsibilities include:

  • Implementing solutions to ensure the right people are in the right roles, at the right time, and in the right quantity to meet business needs.
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition to hire the best talent for current and future needs.
  • Executing programs that accelerate productivity and cultural integration of new employees.
  • Supporting business partners with performance and potential assessments to inform people decisions.
  • Identifying development opportunities to maximize and accelerate high-performing talent growth.
  • Supporting cross-functional teams in organizing and allocating resources.
  • Determining cost-effective solutions that drive performance and commitment.
  • Facilitating fair policies and practices while mitigating risks.

THE QUALIFICATIONS


The ideal candidate for Senior Manager/Manager, Supply Chain Talent Management, will have:

  • Experience and skills supporting employee talent lifecycles, particularly in Supply Chain.
  • A commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's Values and Leadership principles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.

THE COMPENSATION


The typical salary range is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD annually, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications. We are open to candidates whose qualifications may differ, with adjustments made accordingly.
