Job summary

CDN is seeking a Supply Chain Management Administrator based at our Grande Prairie branch. The role supports the SCM team through data entry, documentation, purchasing assistance, equipment tracking, and vendor communications within a warehouse-based office.

Responsibilities include inventory audits, PO and freight reconciliation, and reporting. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong Excel/ERP experience, and excellent organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Supply Chain and Procurement activities across various operating systems.
  • Review, audit, and post daily inventory transactions.
  • Generate, process, and resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders and freight waybills.
  • Run, prepare, and distribute reports as required by the department.
  • Collaborate with vendors and SCM to obtain necessary documentation.
  • Maintain and audit equipment tracking records for accuracy.
  • Assist weekly audits and complete related tasks.
  • Investigate and resolve documentation discrepancies with vendors.
  • Process invoices and vendor returns; manage vendor credits.
  • Support additional duties as assigned.

Job description

CDN is a recognized industry leader in the energy services sector. CDN is a full-service provider with expertise in E&I maintenance, renewables/solar, major projects, combustion & emissions reduction, and measurement.

We are looking to hire a Supply Chain Management Administrator based out of our Grande Prairie branch. This position provides support to the Supply Chain Management team through general administrative duties, facilitating documentation, purchasing assistance, equipment tracking, vendor communications, and ensuring the efficient flow of information within a warehouse-based office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Work in various operating systems to support Supply Chain and Procurement activities.
  • Review, audit, and post daily inventory transactions.
  • Generate, process, and resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders and freight waybills.
  • Run, prepare, and distribute reports as required by the department.
  • Work with vendors and SCM to obtain applicable documentation as required.
  • Maintain and audit equipment tracking records to ensure accuracy.
  • Create and support SCM in the completion of weekly audits.
  • Investigate and resolve documentation discrepancies with vendors.
  • Create and process invoice and vendor returns.
  • Process vendor credits accurately and in a timely manner.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
