Job summary

WhiteWater is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Execution and Systems in Richmond, BC. The role focuses on end-to-end supply into projects, ensuring material availability, delivery performance and data integrity.

You will drive transformation of supply chain systems and processes, reporting to the Senior Director, Project Execution. The position leads project buyers, planning and ERP initiatives, with relocation to Vancouver Downtown planned for mid 2027.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with strong experience in supply chain execution within a project-based environment.
• Proven capability in ERP/MRP systems and process transformation.
• Experience dealing with legacy systems and acting as a SME to lead system transitions.
• Strong operational leadership with a hands-on, structured approach.
• Commercially aware with practical negotiation capability.

Responsibilities

• Project Supply Execution: Ensure material readiness for all projects (on time, complete, aligned to schedule).
• Lead the project and Derwent manufacturing buying teams in execution of all purchasing activities.
• Own supplier delivery performance across active suppliers.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation to protect project timelines.
• Own ERP/MRP systems for supply chain execution.
• Lead master planning, key component planning and constraint management.
• Align demand, supply, and project schedules through effective S&OP and translate planning outputs into procurement plans.
