ARC’TERYX in North Vancouver seeks a Manager, Business Process to own the design, improvement, and governance of supply chain planning processes. You will turn operational complexity into clear, scalable workflows, facilitate workshops, diagnose root causes, and drive cross-functional adoption.

This role offers hybrid work and requires eligibility to work in Canada. You will partner with the Supply Chain Excellence team to standardize processes, define SOPs, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in business process or supply chain roles.
• Solid knowledge of supply chain operations and process optimization methods.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience leading change management and workshops.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate process design workshops to map current and future-state workflows across planning functions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Lead implementation of process changes and drive adoption across functions.
• Monitor process performance and escalate risks or deviations.
