Position Overview:

To support our continued growth, TMG Industrial is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, from issuing purchase orders to coordinating overseas shipments and ensuring compliance, including maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong relationships with overseas factories and freight forwarders

Procurement & Purchase Order Management

• Issue purchase orders based on inventory needs
• Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders to ensure there are no discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records and product information

Logistics & Shipment Coordination

• Organize the shipment of goods from overseas factories
• Negotiate terms with carriers or freight forwarders, and book vessels
• Coordinate with trucking companies for container deliveries to the dock on time
• Track and communicate shipment status with freight forwarders in real-time

Customs & Import Compliance

• Prepare transport documents and coordinate with customs brokers for clearance
• Ensure import compliance, on-time submission, and maintain up-to-date records and reports
• Resolve issues including discrepancies, delayed arrivals, and customs releases

Manage report gathering from various sources and ensure accuracy

Other related duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Logistics
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience with ocean freight imports required
• Experience working with suppliers in Asia or Europe, or in a supply chain environment is an asset

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
