  • Proven experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, and supply planning.
  • Experience in sustainability and responsible sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Workday Reporting.
  • Experience conducting root cause analysis, developing dashboards, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, or cross-functional team collaboration.
Technical Skills:
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
  • Proficiency in SQL or database querying for data extraction and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday (or other ERP systems) for report creation, process optimization, and system configuration.
