Team Description

Our Customer Strategy & Operations (CSO) team sets and drives key business initiatives across the company. We support product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams across three critical areas: corporate and business unit strategy, business planning and sales operations, and business systems and tools development.

Role Description

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented (OPT: Associate) Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will support sales processes and systems, helping to drive efficiency and accuracy across our operations.

Responsibilities

  1. Reporting and Analysis:
  2. Build and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  3. Monitor data quality and integrity across systems; identify and resolve discrepancies.
  4. Analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  1. Process Improvement:
  2. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve sales operations.
  3. Partner with IT and Sales to implement changes that enhance efficiency.
  1. Stakeholder Support:
  2. Respond to ad hoc sales support requests, providing timely and practical solutions.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor reporting and share insights that support local and global sales efforts.
  1. System & Data Governance:
  2. Ensure consistent and accurate data entry across Salesforce and related tools.
  3. Promote system adoption and adherence to data governance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools like Gong, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Experience with conversational AI tooling is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
