Job summary

Techtronic Industries Canada Inc. is hiring an Integrated Marketing Manager to own strategic development, planning, and execution of Milwaukee Canada’s integrated marketing initiatives.

You will coordinate across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations to translate priorities into compelling campaigns and 360° plans. You will lead the Focus Calendar, manage timelines and deliverables, and partner with internal Brand teams and agencies to deliver campaigns that meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 4–6 years of marketing, project management, brand marketing, or related discipline.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization with strong PM capabilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Milwaukee Canada Focus Calendar aligned with priorities and brand strategy.
  • Develop campaign stories, vision, and consumer-led campaigns.
  • Lead the creation of integrated 360° marketing plans with timelines and resources.
  • Prioritize requests and initiatives balancing impact, importance, and capacity.
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations.
  • Establish project plans, timelines, deliverables, and execution frameworks.
  • Drive accountability with internal teams and agency partners.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and maintain clear communication on priorities and risks.
  • Coordinate assets and deliverables across teams and partners for seamless execution.
  • Monitor progress, identify challenges, and escalate when needed.
  • Ensure campaigns align with approved stories, brand standards, and objectives.
  • Track performance and provide insights to optimize results.
  • Support annual planning with prioritized, integrated marketing programs.

Position Description

The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for owning the strategic development, planning, and execution of Milwaukee Canada's integrated marketing initiatives. This role serves as the central point of coordination across Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations and other key stakeholders, translating business and brand priorities into compelling campaign stories, strategic vision, and integrated 360° marketing plans. The successful candidate will own the Focus Calendar, prioritize marketing initiatives and requests, drive cross-functional alignment, and partner with the internal Brand team and approved external agencies to bring campaigns to life. They will establish clear deliverables, timelines, and accountabilities across stakeholders and partners, ensuring campaigns and key business initiatives are executed with excellence, deliver against business objectives, and continuously improve based on performance and insights.

What You Will Do
  • Own and manage Milwaukee Canada's Focus Calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities, brand strategy, key initiatives, and market opportunities.
  • Own the development of campaign stories, vision, and strategic direction, translating business and brand priorities into compelling, consumer-led marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the development of integrated 360° marketing plans, defining the strategy, key deliverables, channels, timing, and resources required to bring campaigns to life.
  • Prioritize marketing requests and initiatives, balancing business impact, strategic importance, resources, timing, and organizational capacity to ensure focus on the highest-value opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations, and other business teams to ensure clear objectives, roles, priorities and timelines.
  • Establish project plans, timelines, deliverables, and execution frameworks to ensure campaigns and marketing initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Drive stakeholder accountability, ensuring all internal teams and agency partners are clear on their responsibilities and deliverables and hold them accountable to agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and maintain clear communication on priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and required decisions.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, resources, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless and integrated execution.
  • Monitor campaign and project progress, proactively identify and resolve challenges, and escalated per project needs.
  • Ensure all campaign execution remains aligned to the approved campaign story, vision strategy, brand standards, and business objectives.
  • Track campaign and initiative performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise results and continuously.
  • Support annual planning processes by translating business priorities into prioritized, integrated, and actionable marketing programs.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in marketing, project management, brand marketing, channel marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and project management tools.
  • Experience working with agency partners and cross-functional business teams is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work in person at TTI Headquarters in Markham.
