Responsibilities

  • Maintain adequate stock on all Units and Departments.
  • Survey inventory items and distribute supplies to appropriate areas.
  • Act as liaison between Materials Management and user areas.
  • Replenish stock as required.
  • Respond to end-user requests professionally.
  • Operate Trakker system uploads/downloads and battery maintenance.
  • Verify orders and initiate variance processes.
  • Handle shipping and receiving functions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
