You will collaborate with Merchandising teams and Category Managers across Canada, ensuring accurate records and smooth financial processes. The role requires a DEC in accounting and 2 years of related experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and Advanced French and English proficiency for

Qualifications

• DEC in accounting is required.
• Two (2) years of relevant accounting or store experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to manage priorities.
• Bilingualism required (Advanced French and English).

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable aging at period-end.
• Record and issue monthly and quarterly billings to suppliers.
• Follow up on supplier deductions.
• Collaborate with Supplier Revenue Analysts and Category Managers.
• Monitor payments and accounts receivable balances.
• Provide and validate suppliers' banking information when required.
• Maintain documentation and support account reconciliation activities.
