The role requires a Diploma in office administration or accounting with 1 year of experience, and bilingual French and English. You will partner with sales, operations and store managers and handle inquiries, reporting, and general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in office administration or accounting with 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients to ensure payment of accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding accounts.
• Prepare weekly reports for managers.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, operations managers and store managers.
• Perform various administrative tasks as required by the supervisor.
