Responsibilities

• Contact customers for payments and resolve outstanding issues.
• Convert sales orders into invoices from the service department.
• Invoicing of proforma service deposits.
• Create new customer accounts.
• Maintain customer contact information.
• Collect tax exemption certificates from customers.
• Compile documents in customer portfolio.
