Job summary

Responsibilities

• Contact clients in your designated territory to ensure payment of accounts and follow up as necessary for outstanding balances.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding their accounts.
• Complete weekly reports to be submitted to managers.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, operations managers, and store managers regarding client accounts.
• Perform various administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, etc.) and other tasks as required by the supervisor.
