Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Canada is hiring a supplements and natural health advisor for a part-time, day-shift role. You will guide customers in selecting natural health products, recommend synergistic options, and support stock rotation and pricing changes.

We value curious, resourceful listeners with at least 1 year of experience and a passion for helping customers; teamwork and ongoing learning are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in natural health or health advisory roles.
• Strong listening skills and ability to detect customer needs.
• Interest in learning about natural health products and advising customers.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in purchasing natural health products and recommend synergistic options.
• Package, label and price changes according to established standards (in-store processes).
• Ensure rotation of products and monitor expiration dates in-store.
• Demonstrate initiative to develop new ways to motivate customer needs and introduce new product lines.

What would a typical day look like?

As a supplements and natural health advisor you will be responsible for :

• guide customers in purchasing natural health products, recommending products that can work synergistically;
• package, label and price change products according to established standards
• ensures rotation of all products and monitors expiration dates according to established standards;
• demonstrate initiative and innovation in developing and implementing new ways to motivate customer needs and introduce them to new product lines
