Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Magog, Canada is seeking a supplements and natural health advisor to assist customers in selecting natural health products and building personalized recommendations.

You will handle packaging, labeling, price changes, rotation, and expiration monitoring, while contributing fresh ideas to engage shoppers and grow product knowledge.

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a natural health advisor.
• Good listening skills and ability to assess customer needs.
• Interest in learning about natural health products.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in purchasing natural health products, recommending products that can work synergistically.
• Package, label and price change products according to established standards.
• Ensure rotation of all products and monitor expiration dates according to established standards.
• Demonstrate initiative and innovation in developing and implementing new ways to motivate customer needs and introduce them to new product lines.
