Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Chaudière-Appalaches, QC is seeking a supplements and natural health advisor to help customers choose natural health products and learn about their benefits. The role offers 25–30 hours per week with day or evening shifts and requires listening skills and about 1 year of relevant experience; training will cover product rotation, labeling, pricing, and customer motivation.

You will assist customers, package and price products, monitor expiration dates, and explore

Qualifications

• Must have strong listening abilities to detect customer needs.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of natural health products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in purchasing natural health products and suggest synergistic items.
• Package, label and price products according to standards.
• Ensure product rotation and monitor expiration dates.

• guide customers in purchasing natural health products, recommending products that can work synergistically;
• package, label and price change products according to established standards

• demonstrate initiative and innovation in developing and implementing new ways to motivate customer needs and introduce them to new product lines
