Schweitzer in Blue Mountains, ON, seeks a Supervisor for Winter Activities Maintenance (Skating) to lead night-shift operations. You will assign tasks, supervise skate maintenance tasks including ice upkeep, and address equipment issues to ensure safe, smooth operations.

The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to work overnights; knowledge of tractors and snow-removal equipment is an asset. Seasonal position with benefits at the resort.

Responsibilities

• Assigns work to staff and supports in training delivery.

• Diagnoses equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Operates rink equipment for floods and snow removal.
• Participates in frontline staff evaluations.
