Job Description

Position: Supervisor - Security Guard

Location: Toronto

Payrate: $23.00- $24.00/hr

Shift: Days

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Overview:

Allied Universal is currently looking for a Security Site Supervisor. TheSecurity Site Supervisor will embrace our company’s core values.TheSecurity Site Supervisorwill supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services. The Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between customer, Operation Manager and security officers. Supervise site staff, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Enforce Contract Standards
• Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
• Enforces Allied Universal’s policies as outlined in the handbooks

Requirements:

• 3-5 Year experience in Residential Security industry preferred.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
