Tim Hortons in Canada is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead our fast-paced dining team. You will model outstanding guest service, train and coach a diverse crew, and ensure cleanliness and quality across all shifts.

You’ll support the Manager in day-to-day operations and drive operational excellence during busy periods. The ideal candidate brings enthusiasm, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Formación

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Ability to train and coach team members.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.
• Knowledge of Tim Hortons standards is a plus.

As a Supervisor, you are an enthusiastic role model and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. You build positive relationships with a team of diverse members. As a passionate team leader, you believe in the importance of training team members to ensure high standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness are achieved. Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Manager in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant.

In this position you will:

• Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
• Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
• Train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation
• Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding
• Complete various administrative tasks related to operations excellence
