Job summary

Tim Hortons in Victoria, BC, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a diverse team, promote a respectful environment, and delegate tasks to support the Restaurant Manager. You will train and coach staff to uphold Tim Hortons’ high standards of operation and guest service in a fast-paced setting.

You will thrive with 1–3 years of quick-service supervisory experience, and enjoy coaching, mentoring, and building relationships with guests and coworkers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of quick service supervisory experience.
• Experience training and coaching team members.
• Passion for guest service and maintaining Tim Hortons standards.

Your 1-3 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role combined with your practical knowledge of training and coaching team members makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
