Job summary

Tim Hortons | 426889 BC LTD in Summerland is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding guest service. You will model teamwork, train staff, and uphold Tim Hortons standards of quality and cleanliness.

You will supervise each shift, ensure proper coverage, coach a diverse team, address guest concerns, and support Owners and Managers in day-to-day operations while keeping a respectful environment.

• Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment

• Promote a respectful team environment and supervise team members with open communication and understanding
• Handle guest concerns when they arise
• Assists in ensuring optimal employee coverage at all times and fills in as required for various areas during busy periods and maintain optimal customer service levels

Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Owner and Managers in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant.
