Job summary

EllisDon is seeking a facilities maintenance supervisor in Mississauga to lead daily operations, coordinate staff, and ensure safe, reliable building performance. You will oversee work orders, supervise contractors, and support onboarding and training while contributing to budget planning.

The role requires 3+ years in supervision of facilities or building operations, with preferred HVAC/electrical/plumbing credentials and strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in facilities maintenance or building operations.
• Technical certification or trade license preferred (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Building Operator)
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Experience coordinating contractors and managing service delivery.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Valid driver’s license is considered an asset.

• Ensure compliance with all safety programs, policies, and regulatory requirements

Salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000.
