Shift/Hours – Monday to Thursday 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM

About This Opportunity

The Maintenance Supervisor will manage the Maintenance department to ensure high-quality product efficiency at minimal cost, meeting customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all facility equipment according to company standards
• Ensure compliance with federal, provincial regulations, and company policies
• Monitor Quality Indicators daily and recommend solutions for quality issues
• Analyze and report on budget versus forecast regularly
• Conduct department and safety meetings
• Develop workforce through supervision, coaching, and training
• Communicate plans and strategies effectively within the department
• Manage departmental scheduling and contractor approvals
• Assist in hiring processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• At least five years’ experience in maintenance or manufacturing management, preferably in a unionized environment
• PLC programming and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, High Volume Manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMPs, OHSA, and WHMIS
• Millwright or Electrical certification preferred
• Proficiency with SAP and manufacturing systems
• Experience in Beverage and Food Manufacturing is an asset
