Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Esterhazy, Saskatchewan. You will supervise maintenance activities in an industrial environment, assist troubleshooting, and ensure safety and efficiency.

You will coordinate schedules, review work orders, and drive productivity improvements with a skilled team including hourly staff and contractors. Candidates should have 5+ years of supervision experience, strong communication, CMMS and SAP familiarity, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
• Clear communication and organizational skills; able to lead hourly unionized employees and contractors.
• 2+ years of CMMS experience; SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish internal work standards and enforce them.
• Execute corrective and preventative maintenance plans as scheduled.
• Create daily work schedules aligned with weekly production outages.
• Review work orders for accuracy and implement productivity improvements.
• Develop and motivate maintenance staff for high performance.

Maintenance Supervisor

Where will you work: - Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, Canada

About the role

The Supervisor, Maintenance supervises and coordinates activities of maintenance in an industrial setting. Assists workers in troubleshooting equipment problems based on observations and applying knowledge of past experience.

What will you do?

• Establish internal work standards and hold organization to the agreed standards.
• Execute all corrective and preventative maintenance job plans as per schedule.
• Create the daily work schedule based on the weekly schedule and production outages.
• Review Work Order Feedback to insure it is accurate and complete and implement productivity improvement plans.
• Execute weekly maintenance routine workflow schedule in the assigned of the facility. Develop staff and motivate workforce for high performing maintenance team.

What do you need for this role?

• High School/GED required.Technical Secondary School preferred
• 5+ years of supervision experience in an industrial setting. Knowledgebase of site standards and safety expectations.
• Clear communication and organizational skills, self-motivated with ability to lead hourly unionized employees, and outside contractors.
• 2+ years ofComputerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
• Maintenance experiencea plus
• SAP experience
• Microsoft Office Suite
