Job summary

The Mosaic Company is seeking a Supervisor, Maintenance to lead maintenance activities at the Esterhazy site in Saskatchewan, Canada. You will oversee preventative maintenance programs, coordinate a team, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have significant CMMS and maintenance experience, SAP proficiency, and a track record of organizing preventive maintenance in an industrial setting. The role is on-site with a 5/5/4 shift pattern and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• Technical Secondary School: Related Field preferred.
• 5+ years of CMMS experience.
• 5+ years of Maintenance experience.
• SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish internal work standards and hold organization to the agreed standards.
• Execute all preventive maintenance job plans as per schedule.
• Create the daily work schedule based on the weekly schedule and production outages.
• Review Work Order Feedback to ensure it is accurate and complete and implement productivity improvement plans.
• Execute weekly maintenance routine work flow schedule in the assigned facility and develop staff for high performance.

About the role

The Supervisor, Maintenance supervises and coordinates activities of maintenance in an industrial setting. Assists workers in troubleshooting equipment problems based on observations and applying knowledge of past experience.

What will you do?

• Establish internal work standards and hold organization to the agreed standards.

• Create the daily work schedule based on the weekly schedule and production outages.
• Review Work Order Feedback to insure it is accurate and complete and implement productivity improvement plans.
