The Mosaic Company in Esterhazy, Saskatchewan is seeking a Supervisor, Maintenance to oversee maintenance activities in an industrial setting. You will coordinate the team, troubleshoot equipment problems using past experience and apply CMMS/SAP knowledge.

You will establish internal standards, execute preventive maintenance, create daily schedules around production outages, and drive productivity with a high-performance maintenance team.

Qualifikationen

• High School/GED required.
• Technical Secondary School: Related Field preferred.
• 5+ years of CMMS experience.
• 5+ years of Maintenance experience SAP experience.

About the role
